Breed of dog that is good for all weather conditions?

I plan to travel across the world and experience all weather conditions - just out of curiosity which dog will be best for all or most weather conditions varying from snow to the deserts?

I would suggest a miniature schnauzer.

However, it is *not* easy to travel worldwide with a dog. And all of the changes are tough on them.
