Book Oriental
what are the best Books to have for Dungeons and Dragons? besides the 3 core rule books?
ones with more classes and prestige classes, items, equipment. books like Oriental adventures, complete arcane/warrior/divine. those are actually the ones i have (also 3.5 monster manual, DM guide, and players handbook) i just want a list of all the ones you have or want or know that are really good to have, advanced or not. i have also been playing for about 5 years now, and just want to get as much books as i can get.
The 4 "Races of..." books were pretty good for this kind of thing. Specific options for PC's for certain races. Also each offered a different race as another option.
I also recommend picking up the "Complete" series. Each of these was focused around a specific set of classes. It offered new classes in each Book as well.
Lastly, get the Magic Item Compendium and Spell Compendium. Both of these were so useful.
