Where to buy a classic waist-length black peacoat?

I noticed a lot of girls are wearing those classic waist-length black peacoats with pairs of buttons coming down the middle and I really want one. Where can I get one for not-too-expensive? Like $30 or less because I've already spent a lot this year :X i know forever 21 might have some, anywhere else?

Mine was $42 at Fashion Bug and that was because they had a huge sale. Also last week Old Navy had some for around $40 because of there 75% sale. Most of them are between $70 and $90 without a sale.
