Is Robert Pattinson a good choice for the role of Edward Cullen in Twilight?
I always think that Robert Pattinson isn't the "best" choice for the role of Edward Cullen. I prefer someone else but don't know who (hehe)
any other actors perhaps?
It seems as though he's coped alot of slack. As the real Robert Pattinson he didn't seem the best choice when I first heard/saw he was playing Edward but once I saw him in character in the trailer there seemed little doubt that he was the one for it. Also from interviews about Twilight and behind the scenes stuff he seems very compassionate about the character which can't be said for Kristen Stewart who plays Bella. She looks the part but once she opens her mouth I'm not so sure? The movie version of her and the Book version seem too different, unlike Edward. Part of what makes the actor the character is they way they feel about and from the cast interviews everybody else seems really into it except for her. Sometimes it seems like she doesn't care or relate at all, and appears cold.
