Can you suggest things I can crochet with size 120 thread pls? I'm out of ideas.?

I have done: doilies, bookmarks, cup cover with beads.

Are you sure it's size 120? That size would be finer than sewing thread. Most patterns in the U.S. are for size 10 thread. I just don't have the patience to crochet with anything that small.

Anyway to give you an idea....I once knew a very accomplished crocheter who crocheted jewelry pins for most of the Holidays and even for Halloween. There were bunnies for Easter, Shamrocks for St. Patrick's Day and Trees for Christmas,etc. Pin backs can be purchased at hobby stores and then the crocheted pieces can be simply hot glued to the pin back. You would have to improvise for a pattern. She would bring them to work and pass them out but I suppose you could use them for party favors or to embellish Birthday/Christmas presents.
You might consider crocheting lacy edges on your flat sheets and pillow cases or baby blankets. I have some that were done by my grandmother. Here is a link on how to do a baby blanket:
