Does 1-800-Flowers.com hand deliver the flowers?

Do they? Or does Fed-ex just drop them off in a box?

NO. They don't hand deliver. I ordered some flowers for my mother once and she got them at work in a box. She had to open it, "ooo whats this a box". I was very disappointed. I wanted her to get flowers delivered not a project box. The flowers themselves she said were nice. But what they do is dip them in something like wax to keep the petals on/in shape and it slowly peels off.

Call a florist if you can. It would be worth it.
