What are some great first lines in Young adult Book to hook young readers?

I need to find young adult Books with great first lines to hook readers. What is an example of a book and can you give me its amazing first line?

One book that really hooked me at the beginning was Dreamland by Sarah Dessen. It was a sad book, but it started fantastically and it didn't disappoint.

"When I was four and Cass was six, she whacked my across the face with a plastic shovel at our neighborhood park. We were in the sand box and it was Winter: In the pictures, we had matching coats and hats and mittens. My mother loved to dress us alike, like twins, since we were only two years apart. We did look alike, with the same round face and dark eyes and the same brown hair. But we weren't the same, even then." pg. 1

It already has the complete mood set. Can't you feel it? The point of a first line, in my point of view, is to get your tone and mood set. If you can already show the reader what type of book your writing by only the first paragraph, then you know it's a keeper. Don't make it too dramatic. But don't start it off with a corny opener. Just remeber all those people who are in bookstores and only pick up a book, read the first lines, and judge it right there and then by just that. That why it is important to set your mood. Give the readers a taste of what's to come.

This is probably the best opener I've seen in a teen/young adult book. And I've read alot!
