Where can I find a hardback notebook that has numbered pages with tear outs in the bottom corner?

I saw someone with this notebook before and it's just what I've been looking for. Not sure who made it or if it's considered a diary, notebook, journal, or planner.

I know what you are talking about but don't remember what they are called. If you have an Office Max or Office Depot near you, look in their school supply section - they probably will have them for sale at a decent price right now.
