Why is religion allowed to create and sell products which are marketed to imitate trademarked slogans?

Oakley created a bumper sticker which said, "OAKLEY. Thermonuclear Protection." Shortly thereafter a Jesus version emerged, "JESUS. Eternal Protection."
Years ago the "got milk?" ad campaign propelled dairy farming to new heights. Shortly therafter, whole billboards with "got Jesus?" began to appear across the U.S.
While the originators of the precursors to the Jesus-styled advertising cannot take Jesus to court, it seems like they ought to sue religious groups that use these to associate themselves with popular products.
Do churches that receive the donation of someone inspired by a "got Jesus?" billboard while travelling down the interstate to a brothel send any royalties to the advertisers who originated "got milk?" Or, do they pocket the monies and use them to fund the Jesus juggernaut?
No more so than any other item that is ripping off of other things. How about those darwin fish that are ripping off the Jesus fish idea? Should all that money go to someone else?
How about the "I found Jesus. He's in my trunk" bumper stickers. Shouldn't that money go to a church using your logic?
Imitating other popular slogans is a normal advertising concept. It's legal and often humorous. Hey, Weird Al makes a living doing stuff like that!
