Where can I find high quality music notebooks?

I am a composer looking for nice, elegant, high quality music notebooks to write my scores in but all I can find are the cheap spiral-bound stuff. I want something that looks nice, instead of cheap, and will last for a long time. Basically, I want the equivalent of the Moleskine Pocket music notebook but in A3 and A4 size paper. Unfortunately, Moleskine doesn't make this. Does anyone know where I can find something like this? Thanks!!!!!!!!

Carta makes a variety of sizes of staff paper with high quality paper. I used to special order it directly.
