How can I make Pages 08' on my Mac look like a notebook page?

Instead of Having a plain white background, isn't there a way to make it look like a notebook or journal with lines that you can easily type onto?

You could scan or download an image of notebook paper and place it in the background. You can then lock that image, so you don't accidently move it.

For even more authenticity, I would just print on the paper that you want it to look like. I've done it before. Works pretty well. You just have to measure the paper's dimensions, margins, and line height. Match that with your document, and there you go. Uses less ink, too.
