police car siren powered by wall outlet?
I bought a police car siren and i want to install it inside as opposed to in my car (as this is illegal...)
Does anyone know the best/cheapest way for me to achieve this?
The siren unit is powered by a car battery, 12V, and it is a 100W unit. I need to power it from a traditional 120V wall outlet. How can i do this?
You'll need approximately a 20 amp 12 volt adapter like this:
